So how do you work on upper body strength, co-contraction, postural control and postural adjustments at home – supporting the development of balance and muscle control, extension against gravity?

Here is the activity in a therapy space – now how to do this at home…one way might be making bumpy dens and entrances to caves or finding treasure in desert sand dunes – crawling across blown up air mattresses, or make and crawling across mattresses, sofa cushions and pillows piled on the floor.
