We run courses and workshops around the country including in clinic settings, where mental health and social care practitioners can get hands-on practical skills about the application of Ayres’ Sensory Integration to support health and wellbeing across a range of health and social care settings.
Since the 1990’s many of our experienced lecturers have been teaching others about Ayres’ Sensory Integration.
Our courses and workshops can be tailored to meet your staff CPD requirements and we offer workshops on sensory integration to support service users with:
- Neuro-developmental challenges
- Dyspraxia/DCD
- Autistic Spectrum Conditions
- Trauma (including for looked after children)
- Mental Health Difficulties
- Behaviours that Challenge
- Sleep Disorders
Since then we have taught allied healthcare professionals, educators, social workers and residential care staff, sports and complementary therapists, nursing staff, psychologists and psychiatrists in the UK and Ireland, and abroad; including therapy and nursing staff from the UK’s high secure forensic hospitals, Broadmoor and Rampton
Our ASI-WISE lecturers also lecture locally and abroad.
